I have a 2600 printer enrolled in instant ink.
The colour cartridge is showing an error - I can't so anything as my instant ink account shows that I need to fix the error before they can assist. I have tried cleaning the cartridge and still no joy.
Can someone please help? It is pretty annoying paying for the ink each month and not being able to use the printer
