Envy 6022

I've purchased and installed the Envy 6022, and gone through the set up for the Instaink but can't see any 3 month free trial has been applied to my account. 

 

The instructions say this should be applied at the set up of my account but weren't - could someone please advise? I am conscious the offer expires on the 31st so don't want to miss out.
