Just purchased a printer but no pin found to 3 month ink trial

Thank you for choosing HP, and congratulations on your new printer purchase!
 

We understand you're trying to activate the 3-month Instant Ink trial, but we have not found a PIN code with your printer. We're here to help clarify the situation and guide you through the activation process.


What You Can Do:

  1. Check the Printer Box & Materials
    • Look inside for a card or leaflet labelled “Instant Ink – 3 Months Free”.
    • Some models do not come with a printed PIN, as the offer is automatically applied through the HP Smart setup.

       
  2. Use the HP Smart App to Sign Up
    • Download the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
    • Create or sign in to your HP account.
    • Add your new printer.
    • Go to Instant Ink > Enrol Now.
    • The 3-month trial should appear automatically if eligible.
