Hi @ian198,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
If you have just replaced your printer and it includes a promotion for 3 months of free ink through HP Instant Ink, you will need to enroll your printer in the HP Instant Ink service to activate the offer. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you:
Set Up Your New Printer:
- Ensure your printer is set up properly and connected to a network.
- Make sure that the printer is registered in your HP account.
Visit the HP Instant Ink Website:
- Open a web browser and go to HP Instant Ink to start the enrollment process.
Create or Sign in to Your HP Account:
- If you do not already have an HP account, you will need to create one.
- Sign in with your HP account credentials.
Enroll in HP Instant Ink:
- Select your printer model and follow the prompts to enroll your device in the HP Instant Ink program.
- During the enrollment process, you may be required to select a payment method and enter your shipping information for ink deliveries.
Activate the Free Trial:
- Look for an option to enter a promo code if one was provided with your printer.
- If the promotion is automatically applied, you should see your free trial offer displayed during the enrollment process.
- Complete the enrollment process to start your 3 months of free ink.
Verify Your Enrollment:
- After completing the enrollment, check the plan details in your HP Instant Ink account to ensure the free trial has been activated.
Take care and have an amazing day!
