Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

I have NOT received the Instant Ink as agreed and paid for and now have had to purchase 305XL cartridges whilst HP gets it act together... The story does not end there.. I cannot get the 305XL to work.  In frustration I have cancelled my instant ink payment as I have had no service what so ever...
