Example: Photosmart c309g

Hi, I have the hip photosmart c309g model. I buy the multipack 364 with the three colours and the larger black cartridge. This multipack does not contain the smaller sized black ink. The printer needs both......don’t know why. My problem is I can buy the smaller ink anywhere not even up do it. I’ve been on the phone most of the day with them. Can anyone help me I’m desperate to get my printer up and running till I can afford to bin it and replace it.

Are you looking for the black ink cartridge? If yes, then I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in ordering the cartridges for your printer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
