HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

3rd replacement printer in 8 months... telling me it won't print unless I enroll in InstantInk... but I used to be in that scam and never received any ink when I needed it, and had to go out and buy my own.  ARE THEY A PRINTER COMPANY OR AN INK COMPANY, AND HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK????

I hear your frustration, and I definitely want to help clear this up for you!

Your printer requires an active Instant Ink subscription if you're using Instant Ink cartridges—once the subscription is canceled, those cartridges won’t work, and you'll need to switch to standard HP cartridges from a retailer.

To make sure everything runs smoothly, let’s check a few things:
Are you still enrolled in Instant Ink, or have you canceled the subscription?
If canceled, are you using regular HP cartridges (not Instant Ink ones)?
Is your printer connected to a stable internet connection? (Even with standard cartridges, some models require periodic online checks.)
