Hello,
I've just set up my new printer from the HP Smart app. 
After set up I clicked "Get Supplies", then received the offer "Try Instant Ink Free", clicked, then clicked Continue, then filed up all account data and chose the plan and clicked enroll, then there were several steps for getting the "Printer code" (press buttons and print config page), and then the field for the "Printer code", after putting down the code and clicking "Apply", I received the error "Your HP+ printer can’t be claimed here. This is a new printer that needs to be set up using the HP Smart software or app."
I've already set it up using the app and trying now to enroll using the application, so, what am I doing wrong?
