Please help all I'm trying to do is cancel my instant ink subscription,  when  sign in and go to account update plan and then cancel subscription after ticking reason box. It shows

500- internal server error

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed

I have found endless problems trying to get through to hp (on other matters too ), nothing is straightforward.

Any help and a solution would be good by HP

I understand that you are unable to cancel the instant ink subscription, I am glad to assist you.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
