Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I have purchased a new printer that was offered with 6 months free instant ink. During the setup process there was no other option than 3 months free available to choose.

I have been through all of the literature supplied and the emails I have been sent and there is no promotional code.

I have read other similar (albeit old) questions where the replies indicate a 7 day time limit to take up the offer. I am still within this time limit, but wouldn't know if this still applies as I have received no further information about the 6 months offer.

I am currently signed up to the standard 3 month offer given when setting up the printer. Please can you tell me how to increase this to the offered 6 months

Hi @Tim-Wilson,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To know how to get 6 months of free trial and to know how it works without any referral code or offer, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
