I can't even get to registering my free trial. It keeps telling me that I'm unable to set up my account for whatever reason.

I just purchased my printer and have the leaflet that says 6 months trial on instant ink, but i cannot find anywhere to sign up to it. The only place I found offers 2 months?

 

Please assist! Thanks!!

I have the same problem. I've set up the printer and it's offering a 2 month free trial rather than 6 months. I haven't signed up for instant ink yet because I want the 6 month trial as promised with the printer purchase.

The flyer says it must be redeemed within 7 days of printer set up but there's no way to redeem it. I contacted support who are saying I have to wait for an email from HP but I've received no emails.

I don’t want to join a community. I just want HP to honor their promotion and give my 6 months worth of ink like you stars. I don’t want a subscription or any other scam to lock me into buying ink from you on a schedule that isn’t mine. Dug
