If you're having trouble receiving the 6-digit verification code when trying to update your password for your HP account, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Spam/Junk Folder:
- Sometimes verification emails can end up in the spam or junk folder of your email inbox. Make sure to check these folders for the email containing the verification code.
2. Wait and Retry:
- Sometimes there can be delays in email delivery. Wait a few minutes and then try requesting the verification code again.
- If you don't receive the code after a reasonable amount of time, try requesting it again.
3. Verify Email Address:
- Double-check that the email address associated with your HP account is correct. If it's incorrect, you won't receive the verification email.
- If necessary, update your email address in your HP account settings and try requesting the verification code again.
