Product: HP envy 6400e series

Hi, I have purchased a printer and it says it comes with 6 months instant ink. However, when I try to sign up it is only giving me two months and asking if I have a code, which there isn't one. Please could you help me with this?

I understand you are unable to claim the promotional offer.

 

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
