I've enrolled and put billing info in but the trial says it's 2 months and it should be 6.

Hello

 

Why is no one getting back to me?

 

I'm being ignored!!! Please sort this out - i've sent all the information as required, I was offered 6 months and something is clearly broken yourside as you guys as wasting your time doing these small support requests, it must be incredibly inefficient fort HP to pay for this sort of thing,, overall it means you're business is losing money I expect

 

Please fix my subscription and amend
