Hello

I purchased my printer last week and have done everything i can to register it and claim the 6 month free instant ink trial. But there is nowhere i can find to get this completed. The only one i found was a two month free trial.

Can someone please guide me as to where i can get this sorted?

Thanks!!

I have the same problem. I've set up the printer and it's offering a 2 month free trial rather than 6 months. I haven't signed up for instant ink yet because I want the 6 month trial as promised with the printer purchase.

The flyer says it must be redeemed within 7 days of printer set up but there's no way to redeem it. I contacted support who are saying I have to wait for an email from HP but I've received no emails.

How do I link a printer to my account?? This is turning out to be such an effort for soemthing that should be easily offered to customers.

I just registered my printer and had no problems signing up for the 6 month free program, however the next day I received an email offering a $10 credit to sign up for Instant Ink. Now I'm trying to find out how to claim that credit. HP support is very challenging to say the least.

Yes I agree it is difficult to get anywhere with them. I have tried again to get my 6 months free . It says on the box the printer came in 6 months and on the leaflet inside too. A con if you ask me.  Still don't suppose there's much else I can do if I don't get a response from them. Too much automation nowadays and me being an map can't keep up with times

I signed up for the 6 months free and got it, no problem. Part of the deal was a 1 year warranty extension which I didn't get.
