HP instant Ink sent black 64 / 303 cartridges when I purchased the printer. I installed it to day replacing a 64 black and the printer says it can't communicate with the cartridge. Are they compatible. I did all the checks, made sure the seal was removed, turned printer on / off a couple of times and unplugged for 60 seconds to no avail. Any help is appreciated.
