The ink that was sent from Instant Ink for my OfficeJet 2755e is too long. The door will not close, and the carriage will not return to rest with the in. It is seated properly. Similar to this question, Instant Ink cartridge 67/305 - HP Support Community - 8409592 and this question Instant Ink cartridge does not fit - HP Support Community - 8087466 . There is not enough clearance for the longer cartridge.

Hi @RuthHent,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that the cartridges of your HP printer does not install properly as the cap would not close properly.
Instant ink cartridges will be bigger in size but will surely fit in.
Please follow the steps from this Video to know how to install it.
Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

No, the cartridge blocks the door from closing and prevents the carriage from returning to rest. I have messaged you back with a video showing that it does not fit. Furthermore, we received an email saying that we were using ink in the printer that wasn't from instant ink, and that is not true, the only ink we put in is the one that was sent to us by you.
