Product: HP Photo Envy 6234
Hi - I set up my new HP Photo Envy 6234 yesterday (6th January 2021). The documentation and box referred to a 7 month free Instant Ink trial included with my purchase and to redeem during set-up within 7 days. I've set the printer up OK and enrolled in the moderate plan for £3.49 per month but it didn't give any option to redeem the 7 month free trial. I have checked on the HP Instant Ink site and App and My Plan and it doesn't give any indication there that I'm currently on the free trial. It just says a welcome pack is being sent out. I cannot get to speak to anybody on the virtual chat or on the telephone. Are you able to help? Thank you 👍👍

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
