I bought a new printer and on the box, it says « 9 months Instant Ink » for free. But when I configured the printer and everything about it. On the app, it says that the ink cartridges that I put in the printer (the ones that were IN the box when I bought it) are NOT instant Ink cartridges and so it doesn’t work with the 9 months automatic refill cartridges. My printer will not detect if the ink cartridges are almost done and will not send me some new one like it says on the box. It’s also written that the ink cartridges in the box ARE instant ink cartridges and they are working with this automatic refill. Can I have some help on this one because I don’t understand and I’m kinda upset tbh.
