Product: HP DeskJet 4133e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I purchased the HP DeskJet 4133e All-in-One Printer on Saturday.  During registration 2 days ago it said there was a problem with the HP server.  This meant that it wouldn't apply my 9 month instant ink trial offer that was included with the purchase.  Now when I click on the app registration it states it's 6 months than one click late 2 months?  Can you please help me apply the deal which was the reason for purchasing this?
