-4 year old printer

-Occasional wireless connection issues over that period but easily corrected. Mostly stable and dependable

-Long term enrollment in HP Instant Ink program

After repeated wireless connection issues, HP Smart recommended a "Cold Reset"  which I then performed.  Mistake....The printer attempted to reboot and setup but got hung up on the "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Ink".  I then select  "hide" and it moves on to "printing alignment page" where it hangs forever.  Shut down with press and hold of power switch, reattempt boot, same result.   Disconnect power, for 10 minutes, reconnect power and it auto starts and  goes to "checking the printer" and returns to the "cartridge cannot be used" screen.   Can't advance through setup to reconfigure wireless and resolve the Instant Ink nag.  Will not set up through USB connection either. HP Smart troubleshooting can't resolved.  need help
