A new cartridge from HP Instant Ink not working. The black one worked, but the color one did not. On error report page (printed) it says the indicated cartridges are not HP Instant Ink cartridges. Why? Can this be fixed?

The Instant Ink cartridges are included as part of the Instant Ink program. There are not extra charges if replacement cartridges are required.
I see a phone number at the HP Norwegian Instant Ink site, starting 23 50 ... Is that not a working number for HP Instant Ink Support in Norway?
I will ask to have an HP Instant Ink Support agent step into this thread. He will likely ask you for some account details in a personal message and arrange for a replacement.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error in your Envy 6022 printer. Clean the cartridge and printer contacts as shown in Step 3.

You may need a replacement cartridge. The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.

Yeah. I might need that. Not sure if I will pay more for this though. Since I do not know if the next one will work
Unfortunately I cannot contact a human at HP because they have disabled the phone number for my country (Norway). After searching for a while all I found was some whatsapp thing. I do not have whatsapp. Also do not use a smart phone
