I can't give HP a good grade because for months now I've been trying to get someone to help me get into my acct.  The msg I get on the HP website is, "Due to unsucessful password attempts your account has been locked. Contact a store representative to unlock your account".  I keep getting passed from one person to another and NO ONE seems to have a clue as to how to unlock my account, yet they are only to happy to tell me that they can take my order over the phone.  That is UNACCEPTABLE, I want to be able to access my account. Surely there is someone in their multi billion dollar organization who can do this.  HELP HELP HELP!  They need to find someone in their organization who CAN UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT!

Why can't any of you people understand that the issue IS NOT with my device, of which by the way you were given my device information in the initial complaint.  AGAIN, THE ISSUE IS NOT WITH MY DEVICE, IT IS WITH THE HP WEBSITE WHO FOR SOME STUPID REASON HAS LOCKED MY ACCOUNT.  THESE ARE THE STEPS I TAKE:

1)  key HP.com into the address bar

2)  login which is successful in taking me to this  page

3)  I click on the 3 bars next to my name which drops down a menu

4) I select "SHOP", another menu drops down, I select "Ink & Toner"

5)  that brings me to this HP webpage

6)  NOTE:  upper right corner says sign in/register

7) I click on sign in and get this HP webpage

NOTE: it says "Due to unsuccessful password attempts, your account is locked.  Contact a store representative to unlock your account."

😎 I've contacted store representatives none of whom have a clue and then been passed from person to person to person and no one seems to know anything.  Just to appease them, I've changed my password, I've cleared my cache, which I do daily anyway, I've restarted my computer, I've changed browsers, I've tried to re-register to create a new account, none of these things will UNLOCK MY HP ACCOUNT.

AGAIN, THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH THE HP WEBSITE LOCKING UP MY ACCOUNT, NOT WITH MY DEVICE!!!!!!!!

If you can't UNLOCK my account, can you delete my account so that I can register and create a new account.

I find it hard to believe that I'm the first person ever to have been locked out of their account.  Furthermore why ever would a shopping site like HP.com have dialogue written in to the website that would lock customers out of their account.
