Product: HP instant ink printer
Operating System: Other

Access to my HP Instant Ink service was disabled because my payment method wasn't updated. So I got an email asking me to update it but whenever I try to log into my account to update it, it keeps saying something unexpected happened and to try again. So I can't update the details and I can't use my printer. What do I do?
