I have an ink subscription.My HP laptop died and I now am using a Chromebook.I no longer get a pages used or ink cartridges.They are still charging me monthly.I log in to my account and there is no printer listed.Printer and laptop are both on same network.Have been trying to get printer listed but no luck?
