My account is suspended, even though I have changed my payment details. How do I unblock it so that I can print?

Try these steps:

Verify Payment Update:

  • Ensure that all updated payment information (credit/debit card details, IBAN for Direct Debit, PayPal credentials) has been entered correctly in your Instant Ink account.

Confirm Payment Method:

  • Re-check that the payment method is active and has been verified by your bank. New security measures might require validation of subscription charges with your card provider.

Check Email Address:

  • Make sure the email address you are using is the correct one associated with your Instant Ink account.

Browser Compatibility:

  • Ensure you are using a compatible browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge to access the Instant Ink account page. Refresh the page if necessary.

Retry Payment:

  • After updating payment information, HP’s system will automatically retry the charge. It might take up to 30 minutes for the suspension to be lifted and for you to resume printing.
