I was offered to downscale my amount to pay to match the limited number of pages i used in an email. So I clicked on the link in the email and then I clicked on the button to downgrade my amount to pay as I was using way less than I was paying for at $5.43 for 50 pages. I agreed to switch to the 10 pages amount per month ($1.49) which would have been a great deal. Suddenly I got charged for 1500 pages per month at $59.80 this month (July)! I can't believe this, it's more than getting a new printer that's not HP. "Help" line person said I had to have changed it...yes I did... to decrease my payment. There's a big difference in the look of the buttons so I didn't make a mistake. Is it wired on HPs part incorrectly? Now HP is going to charge me another month of service in August at the $59.80 price with taxes etc., when it was just taken out of my bank account automatically yesterday online. HP won't change it before HP Instant Ink will switch it apparently in September if I trust them again to make the correct switch. I'm so shocked.
