I have canceled my subscription on January 11 2026 and it still does not allow me to remove the printer. I need to remove the printer and delete my account all together.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP printer. 

 

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

 

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below to remove the printer from the HP app so that I can assist you further?

 

Follow the instructions -

 

  • Open HP app and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
  • Click on select a Different Printer, then click the Remove link on the right
  • Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.

If you are unable to delete the printer, then uninstall the HP app and reinstall it and check.
