Printer shows account error even though it is connected.
We are talking about problems with the billing cycle even though we are not subcribed in anywhere.

 

What should we do?

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution, however, its almost impossible to get a billing cycle related error if you never subscribed to any account, hence my below questions:

 

May I know where exactly you're getting this error? A picture would help (make sure you don't share any private information in the pic, as we are concerned about your privacy).

Also, could you please let me know if you ever had an instant ink subscription or did you recently cancel it?

Hi there,

 

we never had an instank ink subscription and we get the message at the printer status. Also the exclamation mark on the printer is blinking constantly. i attached a picture of the error message which says: An error has occurred with your HP account and you will soon be unable to print if the problem is not resolved. This may be related to your billing cycle.
Log in to your HP account from the home screen
HP account and check your status.
