- Account suspended when billing info correct

My instant ink account is suspended and have received loads of messages saying billing needs updating. I have checked it, updated it with only card details I gave, £1 came out of bank so it obviously worked but then I get email saying needs updating again! I am on Final warning now apparently but ni idea what to do

Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
