Hi @Mary19743,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Instant Ink account issue where you have two printers and two accounts and want to cancel one and combine them. Let’s go through a few checks.

Sign in to HP Instant Ink Account

Open a web browser.

Go to the HP Instant Ink website.

Sign in using the account associated with the printer you want to cancel.

Select the printer listed on the account dashboard.

Cancel the Unwanted Printer Plan

Select the printer enrolled in the plan you no longer need.

Open Plan Details or Printer Settings.

Select Cancel Plan.

Confirm the cancellation.

Note: Subscription cartridges stop working after cancellation.

Add the Printer to the Primary Account

Sign out of the current account.

Sign in using the account you want to keep.

Select Enroll or Add Printer.

Enter the printer serial number when prompted.

Complete enrollment.

Reconnect Web Services on the Printer

On the printer control panel, open Settings.

Select Web Services.

Turn Web Services Off, then turn it back On.

Follow the on-screen instructions to link the printer to the account.

Verify Printer Registration

Refresh the Instant Ink account dashboard.

Confirm both printers appear under the same account.

Print a test page from each printer.

I hope this helps.
