I am receiving this email as follows every month:
We appreciate you choosing Instant Ink for your printing needs and we want your printing plan to work seamlessly for you.
That’s why we want to alert you that your HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer printer has not communicated with HP recently, which is a requirement of the service.
Printer is setup and will print correctly over my wireless network, it shows as connected to all services on the printer information page that can be printed and the Hp Smart app works correctly on my computer but on the HP smart website it shows :
Unable to connect to the printer.
Check your connection and try again later
I have tried reconnecting the printer and reinstalling the software and drivers, the printer seems to work correctly my end but not to the instant ink services so can not communicate properly.
