Is there any any way to email or call insta ink?   I have two boxes of unopened cartridges that I don't need yet and they want to bill me for more and send more.  WTH  so frustrating. The last time I took off my payment method they  locked my printer. I don't mind keeping my subscription but I don't need more freaking ink

When you subscribe to Instant Ink, you pay monthly for printed pages, not for the ink.

The ink is free, you are not charged for the ink. Please note that when you cancel the subscription, free ink will no longer work.

Thank you for that information. Perhaps something changed from what I originally was subscribed to?    I thought the ink was sent based on how many pages you printed and your need for more ink. I barely print anything and I keep getting ink that  I do not need. It is very confusing and frustrating that I can't email or call anyone to ask any questions.  Yet if I cancel my payment method then they remotely lock printer, at least that is what I recall happened the last time. Is the only way out of this loop for me to buy a different printer? Seems like there would be an easier way to solve the problem. Sorry I just don't understand
