I have received an email with a code for an additional three months of Instant Ink.  I have no idea how to use the code.  Any good ideas?

Hi @DoctorCarlo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

To use the Instant Ink code, sign in to your HP Instant Ink account and follow the prompts to enroll a printer, entering the code when asked. If you have already enrolled, go to your account dashboard, select "Enroll or replace a printer," and enter the code when prompted.

  • Sign in: Go to the HP Instant Ink website and sign in to your account.
  • Start enrollment: Look for a "Sign Up Now" or "Enroll or replace a printer" button on your dashboard. You may also be prompted to enroll during the initial printer setup with the HP Smart app or HP Easy Start.
  • Enter the code: When you are prompted to enter a claim code, type in the code from your email and click "Apply".
  • Complete the process: Follow the remaining setup instructions to finish enrolling your printer and activating the offer.
  • Check your account: Once the process is complete, you should see a confirmation in your account that you won't be billed for three months.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below

  • If you don't see the option to enroll, ensure your printer is connected to the internet and that you have completed the initial setup.
  • If you encounter an error, try fixing it by following the instructions on the HP support page for claim code errors.
  • Check your spam or junk folder in case you missed a confirmation email or an email with instructions.

Keep me posted for further assistance
