The printer will not print wirelessly, nor from direct copy method on top of the glass, however, it will print the Problem Page!

It sounds like your HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer is experiencing issues related to both wireless printing and direct copying. Since it still prints the Problem Page, this suggests that the hardware is functional, but there may be software, cartridge authentication, or connectivity issues. Try these steps:

 

Check Ink Cartridge Authentication

  1. Since you recently canceled the Instant Ink Program, ensure that you are not using an Instant Ink cartridge. Instant Ink cartridges stop working after cancellation.
  2. You mentioned installing an HP Store cartridge—double-check that it is genuine HP and not an Instant Ink cartridge.
  3. Remove and reinstall the cartridges, ensuring they are seated correctly.
  4. Perform a printer reset:
    • Unplug the printer while it is powered on.
    • Wait 60 seconds.
    • Plug it back in and turn it on.
