Have a new 6430e which printed fine with the ink that came with it.

Have signed up to instant ink, put new cartridges  in and it is out of alignment. 

Have tried numerous times to align by going through the process on the app but it's not correcting itself.

Cartridges  are all in correctly. 

Can anyone  suggest any solution  please?
