I made an hp account and went to sign up for all-in plan. Did all the steps put my payment information and even got a screen saying order confirmed Its been 4 days still no confirmation email. I went to orders and notn was listed, so I tried to do it again, and got same confirmation screen with it saying an email was sent. And get a message says this order is already placed. I was like ok maybe have my husband do it. And it did the exact same thing. Anyone else having this problem? Yes I cleared all of my browser's cache tried 4 different browsers and tried it on my phone.

Hi @RichardA22,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with your HP All-In Plan order.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:
Check Your Email Filters: Ensure that the confirmation email hasn't been directed to your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, automated emails can be misclassified.- Verify Account Details: Confirm that you're logged into the correct HP account associated with your order. Using multiple accounts can sometimes lead to confusion.
- Review Payment Status: Check with your bank or payment provider to ensure the transaction was processed successfully. Pending or declined payments can affect order confirmation.
- Attempt Enrollment from a Different Network: Occasionally, network issues can interfere with order processing. Trying to enroll using a different internet connection might help.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
