Back in January, I reported I had a cyan cartridge that was defective immediately upon installation. I somehow managed to contact  HP at the time  - this was

HP sent a replacement The replacement ink cartridge has not been used until nbow but now it is shown as being nearly empty

I have been using HP 902 cartridges, but the one I was sent by HP was a HP 902XL ?

This is very frustrating. I hardly use this printer, print about 20 pages a year and find I have to spend about $100 per annum just to keep the ink cartridges functioning.

 

Also, if the cartridges are under warranty, you might want to make it easier to find an option to request a replacement, as the HP support website is a nightmare!!
