As you can see here my purchase said I would receive 6 months, but HP has only granted 2 months – why is this?

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months.
Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.
If you still do not find the free months in your account, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
