Dear HP Customer Support,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the automatic cartridge shipments I have been receiving from HP despite my limited printing needs. I have accumulated four backup cartridges, and I currently do not need additional supplies, although I am charged $ 12$ for them, plus the number of sheets I print.

I do not appreciate the automatic delivery system; I find myself in a situation where the continuous shipments are not aligned with my printing requirements. I have attempted to halt these automatic deliveries through the provided channels, but unfortunately, doing so removes my printing rights.

This situation has left me feeling compelled to continue receiving cartridges I do not require, and consequently, I am being billed for an excessive number of pages I do not print. I am caught in an automatic system that lacks flexibility, and this experience feels akin to a forced subscription or an unwarranted financial burden.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. I am seeking a solution to opt out of automatic cartridge shipments without compromising my print rights. Your understanding and cooperation in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
