Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like your HP DeskJet 3755 is experiencing an issue related to Web Services, which is required for features like HP ePrint and Instant Ink. If you're not able to print, try these steps:
1. Enable Web Services
On the printer’s control panel, press the Wireless and Information buttons together to print a network configuration page.
Look for the printer’s IP address on the printout.
Open a web browser on your computer and type the IP address into the address bar (Example: http://192.168.1.10).
Click on the Web Services tab.
Enable Web Services and set it to install updates automatically.
2. Restart the Printer & Router
Turn off the printer, unplug it for 1 minute, then plug it back in and power it on.
Restart your Wi-Fi router.
3. Check Printer Status in HP Smart
Open the HP Smart app on your computer or phone.
If prompted, sign in to your HP account.
Look for any alerts related to Web Services and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Manually Install Updates
Go to HP Customer Support – Software and Driver Downloads.
Search for your HP DeskJet 3755.
Download and install the latest firmware updates.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
