HP has the worst customer service online they make it almost impossible to get a hold of somebody online to get any real information I have spent countless hours over the last year when I remember that I need to talk to someone at HP it's usually at night because I run a business and I run a family and I don't have normal business hours So the only time I remember is 8 9 10:00 at night when it is impossible I've never been able to speak to anybody and there is a all-in-one plan that is on my account that is not mine that I have tried to get off my account for years and it is still there it needs to be addressed this is absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced
