Product: HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One Printer

My inkjet cartridge has very low/bad color.

I have run the cleaning things from computer.

But still low.

On the webpage for instant ink where I subscribe inks at hp it says it's enough black in the inkjet cartridge.

Please help me
