I keep being charged twice for my hp all in one plan. 

i just paid for it about 2 weeks ago. Now,  being charged again for the next month (which doesn't make sense but okay). My plan suspended because i didn't update my billing information. When i updated my billing information it charged me twice? Then when i call customer service, they say it's because I'm being charged for 2 billing cycles? Also that I can't get a refund??? How if i just paid you guys??? 

This is ridiculous. I needs answers and quite frankly, I'm about to cancel this plan and get an Epson...
