I am being charged a monthly amount and not receiving any ink. Now i cant print. I want to cancel my account and stop the monthly charges

@Sciallokkl, Welcome to HP Support Community. 

 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
When you have an Instant Ink subscription, HP sends you special ink cartridges that only work while you’re subscribed. If you cancel the subscription, these cartridges stop working because they belong to HP, not you. Think of it like Netflix. You can watch all the shows and movies while you’re paying for it, but if you cancel your subscription, you can’t watch them anymore. It’s the same with Instant Ink, you can use the special ink while you’re subscribed, but if you cancel, you need to buy your own ink to keep printing.

 
Please note, Instant Ink monitors your usage and automatically ships ink or toner cartridges before you need them.

You only receive Instant Ink cartridges when you need them so you may not receive them every month.

Shipping and cartridge recycling are included with your service.

I have not received ink in over 3-4 months. I will dispute any fees over $10.00 because of this. I believe I am owed over $30.00.....Peter Patrie
