Product: HP ENVY Photo 6220 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For the last 5 months I have been double charged for instant ink, £11.99 for the agreed print plan and £5.49 which is still unknown.

 

i spent numerous phone calls about this and I was offered one month free ink, even though the amount double charged is almost £30.00

raised a complaint with HP who within 10 minutes closed the case.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
