Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I need to update an expired credit card for my HP Instant Ink account, however I am unable to access the billing page. It does not appear under the Account option, whether I'm on my phone, or my laptop using both Chrome and Safari.

Additionally, when I go to manage plan, I see a little overview of my credit card with a hyperlink that says "Change," but when I click on that button it just takes me back to the dashboard, not to a billing/payment page.

Hi @sarap24,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To fix this issue you will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
