I’ve seen this problem posted several x’s already and I’ve only been reading for ten minutes. Not very reassuring 🤦♀️ so a notification I received said to update my billing info BY MAY 2 to continue printing account/services. It’s So specific it gives me a time on that date to hv my acct updated , if not my subscription will be suspended.
So pls tell me why my account is ALREADY SUSPENDED as of yesterday?! I had the same problem last month but when I called w questions to clear up my confusion or what I thght was a mistake on hp’s part seeing as I was just given a specific date/time to hv fixed my billing issue by…or else.. y is instaink even sending out such notifications if they’re not going to honor them for 1? And. 2. . Last month I actually canceled my subscription all together over the phone and was billed the very next day on the card I previously gave permission to be charged?? Not to mention the customer service guy I spoke w was a complete smart ass, unprofessional to say the least. Pls contact me so I can understand how I’ve been charged recently and even several months back because I’m not understanding and can’t get a straight answer the one tjne I was actually able ti get a live agent on the line ti assist me!! This is very frustrating and having my payment processed again after I specified my account be cancelled is disturbing, very disturbing.
