Product: HP OfficeJet 8702 All-in-One Printer

I have had an instant ink account for years but suddenly my printer is not listed when I sign in to my instant ink account. I want to change my payment details. I want to change the credit card but billing doesn't show up when I click on my account. It may be because my printer is not listed. However it seems like I have connected my printer 2 or 3 times in the past. Why does it keep disappearing from my account. Mostly I just want to change my payment method to another credit card.
