Hi there,
I am trying to update my billing method. Using either the Windows app or the browser, same thing happens.
I went to Account - Billing then I clicked Update payment method. I entered my (own) company details, then I authorized the security payment using my bank app. However, after completing all this steps the data I entered does not persist - so if I go back to Account - Billing or if I go to Overview - Plan details, the payment method seems to be still the old one.
Can someone help me on this, please?
Thank you!
Regards,
Vlad Petcu

Hi @VladPetcu,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're encountering a frustrating issue with updating your billing method for your HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
- Sometimes, outdated or corrupted cache can cause issues with web applications. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt to update your billing information again.
Try a Different Browser:
- If clearing the cache doesn’t work, try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
Check for Account Updates:
- Ensure that your HP account details are fully updated and correct. Sometimes, errors in account details can affect billing updates.
Sign Out and Sign Back In:
- Sign out of your HP account and sign back in. This can sometimes refresh account settings and allow changes to be properly processed.
Verify Payment Method:
- Double-check that the payment method you’re trying to enter is valid and correctly formatted.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
